Wails v2.0.0 has been released!
Well done Lea and all the many contributors to this excellent tool for building desktop applications with Go and web technologies!
In this session I fix up the deployment to SourceHut Pages of a simple static site created with SvelteKit that will eventually become the new main website for Snippet Pixie.
I create a Makefile for building the SvelteKit based site, fix up the repo’s main Makefile so that it generates a tgz file for the site, and then update the .build.yml to deploy to SourceHut Pages using the hut CLI.

Before starting every work day, I do half an hour or so of noodling on side projects, making sure to keep them moving forward, albeit slowly.
Working on these side projects is how I learn new programming languages, frameworks and technologies.
Chances are I’ll fail miserably each and every day, so at the very least you can take comfort in seeing a so-called senior developer fumbling through some development with little success.

Today is my last day working for both Delicious Brains and my own consultancy company, Byte Pixie.
Because on Monday I'm officially a full-time employee of WP Engine, continuing to work on WP Offload Media! 🎉
In this session I try to deploy to SourceHut Pages a simple static site created with SvelteKit that will eventually become the new main website for Snippet Pixie.
